How fast is the transition to you
As soon as we receive an enquiry from you, we will contact you and arrange to pass on the necessary information. First of all, we need a user manual or call script and, of course, a signed contract. Subsequently, we are able to start within 24 hours.
What does the client portal look like?
In our client portal you will find call recordings and a detailed overview of your support.
Which indicators do you measure?
We are able to measure anything from the basics such as number of calls and waiting time, but we can also handle bespoke reporting including detailed call statistics, leads and so on.
What languages can you speak?

What is the minimum number of hours per month?
We do not have a minimum number of hours. This means we can help you whether you need to handle 1 or 10,000 enquiries per month.
How does agent training work? How do you ensure agents are able to answer specific queries?
We have 2 options for how to pass on the information and it's entirely up to you which is easier for you. Do you have product materials created? Just send them to us, our supervisor will rework them into the language of our operators and train the agents professionally. If you have all the information in your head it doesn't matter, you don't have to create materials for us. You train our supervisor via video and he does the rest. Of course, you have 24/7 access to all the materials the agents have to work with and can edit them at any time. So we always provide up-to-date information.
But to answer customers, I need you to have access to internal systems.
This is not a problem either. Just set up access and we'll take care of the rest. We are therefore able to deal with even the more difficult questions with a personalised approach to the client, to check payment or even to place an order.
I only need help for a few hours a week, eight hours a day is unnecessary for me
As we say, we're only here when you need us, or even just a few hours a week. We will make you an individual offer just for the hours you need.
